Any Player found to be under the age of 18 will have their Account immediately suspended, all Wagers will be voided, and any Balance will be returned to the verified payment source. bet99 reserves the right to request official proof of age at any time, including a National ID card (NID), birth certificate, or valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the bet99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held therein. If a Player accidentally creates a duplicate account, they must notify bet99 support immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform.
2.3 Registration Accuracy
All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including district within Bangladesh), mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles bet99 to suspend or permanently close the Account without prior notice and without liability for any resulting losses.
2.4 Verification
bet99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, or at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. 3.1 Account Security

All Accounts on bet99 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to Account transactions. Payment processors may apply their own exchange rates if a Player's funding source is denominated in a currency other than BDT; bet99 bears no responsibility for third-party currency conversion charges.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. bet99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to inactive Account Balances, provided that the Balance does not fall below zero. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status. bet99 targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. bet99 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification

Players who have not previously completed identity verification may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership before their first withdrawal is authorised. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of any ongoing verification review. During any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, bet99 may freeze Account funds without prior notice.
4.4 Currency & Conversion
All deposits, Wagers, wins, and withdrawals are transacted in BDT. bet99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by the Player's chosen payment method is the sole responsibility of that payment processor and is not within bet99's control or liability.
5.1 Placement of Wagers
All Wagers placed on the bet99 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published within the platform's betting rules documentation. A Wager is only deemed accepted once the Player has received an on-screen confirmation displaying the bet reference number and the stake amount deducted from the Account Balance. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, bet99 will endeavour to reconstruct the transaction from server logs; in the absence of reliable server-side confirmation, the Wager will be treated as not placed.
5.2 Odds & Markets

Voided Wagers result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account Balance.
5.4 Maximum Winnings
bet99 applies a maximum single-event payout cap. Players are advised to review the current maximum payout limits displayed within the platform's betting rules section before placing high-value Wagers. bet99 reserves the right to limit the maximum Wager amount on any given market, event, or account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.4 Abuse & Misuse

12.2 Account Closure by Player

Upon receipt of a closure request, bet99 will process any outstanding withdrawal of available Real Funds Balance to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC compliance. Bonus Funds not yet converted through completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.3 Suspension & Termination by bet99
bet99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: the Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; bet99 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; the Player becomes subject to a self-exclusion order; or continued operation of the Account would present a legal or regulatory risk to the Platform. In cases of termination for cause, bet99 reserves the right to withhold Account Balances pending investigation and, where fraud is established, to forfeit all funds therein.
12.4 Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the governing language of the document. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
